1. Produce Design & Construction Plans.
2. Submit Plan Set to Code Enforcement for Approval.
3. Distribute to Builders Requests for Proposals.
4. Meet with Builders who Submit Proposals.
5. Arrange Construction Financing at your Bank.
6. Choose a Builder to Construct your Project.
7. Monitor the Progress until Completion.
